With our partner, Valkovsky Immobilienmanagement GmbH, we screen the market to identify suitable real estate assets. Thanks to our proprietary real estate database we have an excellent overview regarding market developments, property owners and  projects.

As soon as we have an asset that fits your investor profile, New Pine will notify you for a bidding call. You will receive full documentation of the sales object including our personal assessment and market value appraisal. We ensure pre-arranged conditions, giving you and your bank the necessary planning security. Depending on the object, interested investors will have 7-14 days to place an offer. Thereafter the bidding call is closed.

Should several investors place an offer simultaneously, then a lottery under notary supervision will be conducted. The selected investor will then be awarded the object. Every investor selected through the lottery will, for a specified time period, automatically enter into a cool-off phase for future bidding calls. This process ensures fairness and transparency for all investors.
